This beautiful, rustic indoor/outdoor venue is used for conference meetings, weddings and events. The Carriage House was once used for the storage of sleighs, fine harness carriages and other means of transportation drawn by an animal, powered cart or wagon.

The upstairs loft of the Gambrel Barn can be set up for a ceremony. Guests can then descend the wide pine stairway into the dining and reception area. Please note that the upper level is not wheelchair accessible.
The original Cassin House is an ideal location for a romantic outdoor ceremony. The rustic beams of the barn provide the backdrop, while the meadow and natural pond create the perfect landscape for photography.

It also includes the set-up of tables and chairs, romantic lights over the dance floor, recently refurnished washrooms, guest parking, CHP support staff, catering kitchen area, and 80 acres of picturesque countryside.
